India’s Lovlina Borgohain lost by 1-4 against Cindy Ngamba of the Fair Chance Team in the Light middleweight (66-70 kg) round-of-16 bout at the 12th IBA Women’s World Boxing Championships in Istanbul on Friday.
India’s Pooja Rani defeated Timea Nagy of Hungary 5-0 in the Light Heavyweight (75-81 kg) round-of-16 bout at the 12th IBA Women’s World Boxing Championships in Istanbul on Friday.
Pooja will take on Australia’s Jessica Bagley in the quarter-final on Monday.
